Saturday 25 May saw me take to the Local Flavours stage at Beccles Food & Drink Festival for the very first time.
I was cooking a Middle Eastern inspired dish, using produce from my friends at Old Hall Farm. The recipe is over on The Delicate Diner website – you can get it here – and I will be cooking again on Sunday 9 June at Old Hall Farm itself as part of LEAF Open Farm Sunday.
