I am sharing a piece I was inspired to write while enjoying a moment of solitude at an oasis in Oman.

The last sunrise of 2025. What a year this has be The last sunrise of 2025. What a year this has been. I am truly blessed to have so many amazing people not only in my life, but in my corner. Publishing The Magic of Mister Mishkins was a definite high, as was befriending so many indie authors. The new wave of publishing is coming, and I am excited to be a small part of it. Cooking took a backseat as I worked through a still undiagnosed illness, but I will be back on stage next year - and I have a lot to share with you! Above all, I am grateful to have made it to the eve of a special new year, with my loved ones around me and hope in my heart. Thank you all for being part of my 2025 story, let's see what 2026 brings for us all, with hope, joy and a sprinkle of magic. Samantha xxx

I often mention my sacred writing corner in my off I often mention my sacred writing corner in my office, filled with things that inspire me and have been important in my life. Cats are the common theme - my beloved black cat Merlin and my current precious Mister Mishkins I love this space and spent some time today removing the day to day clutter that builds up on a working writer's desk. Tomorrow, I begin @bethkempton winter writing sanctuary and my sacred space is waiting for me, to inspire, to bring calm, and to remind me of all that I am capable of.
