Spiced pork tenderloin, caramelised peppers, yoghurt & tahini dressing, and flatbreads
I created this delicious dish for the 2024 Beccles Food and Drink Festival, and it celebrates amazing local produce, including flatbreads made with raw milk yoghurt.
I love travelling to the Middle East, and flavours from Jordan, in particular, inspired this dish.
