Did you watch #artemisii return to earth in the early hours? I happened to wake around 5 minutes before they lost contact, so was able to watch it all. I am thankful they are all back safely.

My phone is always on mono after 8.30pm, and I took one screenshot. Fair to say, I got rather lucky!

Introducing Tom & Jerry - two gorgeous visitors to our garden.

What a glorious Bank Holiday it has been, sat outside, listening to the birds. It truly is a privilege to be in the same space, for them to still show off in front of us. This is the fourth or fifth pheasant in our garden, and we settled on Jerry as his name. So the squirrel, rather than Cyril, had to be Tom by default.

There is so much to love about the simple pleasures of life, of nature, going on around you.

I am really enjoying my Scandi-style open sandwiches right now. The last of the @hempnallvillagebakery seeded sourdough topped with an assortment of delights. Comforting, fresh, delicious. All in all, just right.
